Translating between worlds
I spent many years working between technology, management, strategy and implementation. Today I support people and organisations where different realities meet and clarity becomes essential for responsible action.

As an industrial engineer, project manager, strategy officer, entrepreneur, CTO, advisor and transformation leader, I have shaped technical organisations, international projects and complex transitions. I understand the expectations of management and the realities of engineering, project delivery and industrial operations.
This experience is not a retrospective. It is the basis for leading clearly under uncertainty, structuring responsibility and preparing transitions that others can sustain.

I do not separate systems from the people who carry responsibility within them. My work begins with careful observation and listening: making patterns visible, connecting perspectives and creating a setting in which sound decisions can emerge.
Personal perspective
Curiosity, lifelong learning and a willingness to question my own assumptions shape my work. Writing, photography and painting are ways of understanding. They sharpen my attention to ambiguity and to the quieter signals within organisations and relationships.
My own transitions have taught me that clarity rarely comes from the fastest answer. It grows when we are willing to perceive more carefully and take responsibility for the next step.
